Is there a list of banks that will not be using the CBDC system?

Also a list of Tier 1 banks?

Are there specific questions that we can ask our bank to determine if it’s a “good guy” bank (White-Hat-approved) or one we shouldn’t be involved with or trust?

Other than opening my eyes and being aware of what’s going on, what can I do to actually help?
